The Wisconsin State Conference on Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Dementias is one of the nation’s largest educational forums dedicated to Alzheimer’s disease. Coordinated annually by the Alzheimer’s Association chapters of Wisconsin, this conference attracts nearly 1,000 professional and family caregivers, medical professionals and those experiencing dementia today.
Sponsored annually by the Alzheimer’s Association Wisconsin Chapter Network, this two-day conference attracts nearly 900 professional and family care providers. The audience includes nurses, social workers, therapists, adult day care staff, administrators, physicians, home health care providers, family caregivers and persons with dementia.
