Sleep Your Way to a Better Brain

Learn how sleep and brain health are connected, as well as tips to improve sleep hygiene at home. Expert presenters include Alzheimer’s disease researcher Barbara Bendlin, PhD, and geriatrician Nathaniel Chin, MD. This event is part of Healthy Living with Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI), a support and education series for patients and families. Classes are held quarterly and co-sponsored by the Alzheimer’s Association Wisconsin Chapter. Sleep Your Way to a Better Brain will be held via the virtual internet meeting platform Zoom. A link to the virtual event will be emailed after registration. This program is free and open to the public.
